Sof had a skating night for school. It was a sheer miracle that the triplets AND Allie all made it! Everyone has so many different activities these days it seems like they’re never available on the same night.
We went to see Kaitlyn play volleyball. I can’t believe how much she’s improved in the year she’s been playing!
We had many school mornings, often with a squishy in her hand.
Adrienne joined a recreational dance group at school and performed in several shows.
The girls had cheer pictures.
Em and I went to see “The Color Purple”.
We celebrated Em’s bday with dinner out. It’s the first time since Adrienne was born that they didn’t celebrate together.
Sof had her first cheer competition. Lexi’s team didn’t compete, but she came to support. We saw a lot of friends from our previous team there! All the girls have scattered to other teams, but I love how they still support each other!
We hosted a euchre party at our house for my staff.
This kid is so cute.
We ran a 5K with our Girls on the Run group. All of us coaches were so proud of the girls!
They all worked so hard! Sof ran the whole way with me. She wanted to stop a few times, but she pushed through and made it!
It was cold, but we had an awesome time. It was a great bonding experience, and we plan on doing it again next year!
There was an outbreak of lice at the cheer gym, and with all the sleepovers these girls have there was no way Lexi was going to escape it. I treated both girls for good measure and changed ALL the bedding. I decided it was close enough to the holidays for me to just jump into our winter bedding. Sof’s looked so cute!
Adrienne didn’t get any recognition(besides a text) for her birthday until she came home for Thanksgiving. It happened to fall on a Wednesday, which is a work day for me and a class day for her. As soon as she got home she wanted her presents! They were already a week overdue!
Adrienne,
Happy 19th birthday my dear. It was no surprise to me when you went to college you took control of your future and made a plan. Every year of your life has been a pleasure to see. You are always planning your next adventure and pushing yourself to new heights! So proud of you yesterday, today, and tomorrow.
Love you so much, Mom XOXO
