It seems as though most of the month has been covered by other posts, but there are some left over July moments.
We got together with my teacher friends for some play dates. Once at Chucky Cheese and once at someone’s house. It’s so fun to get know each other outside of school.
An Instagrammed moment…
A: This plate right here is love.
Me: No it’s not. Don’t fall for the first guy that buys you a cheeseburger. It’s not love.
A: No, I’ll fall for the cheeseburger.
Mark and I went to the Journey concert.
Sof had a birthday party in the neighborhood. I can’t wait to watch all these girls grow up together!
I had a dance mom’s night out when we were all missing our babies in Vegas.
One of our neighbors made Sof’s dreams come true. She’s English, and she was able to bring us a Kinder-egg. When she came to the door it was like the Easter Bunny and Santa had just rung the doorbell together. Sof dun lost her mind.
Sadly, I admit, we did some school shopping. It’s the best part of going back to school so we like to get at it early!
I had a birthday. 41 feels pretty uneventful so far. I guess the older you get uneventful is a win:) We celebrated it and the hubby bought me a much needed new bike.
Sof is still loving her bike.
Lexi had a sleep over with school friends. They haven’t all been together since school let out!
Rainbow Loom has all of the sudden taken off at our house. The girls(even Adrienne) have made amazing things watching tutorials!
I saw a picture of spiral zucchini on IG. I developed my own obsession with finding the spiralizer and eating everything that way. It lasted about two days before I quit.
My other obsession…
These overpriced juices that don’t even really count as a drink because they’re so small. I spent an absurd amount of time picking the perfect ones for the little people in my life.
I’m diggin’ the name cans from Coke for the bigger people in my life.
Lunch dates are fun.
I don’t know what happened here, but it was on my phone and it’ll be hilarious in 20 years.
Not complaining, because anything is better than the winter we had, but just observing the fact that the weather hasn’t been great this summer. We’ve moved our water play inside a few times.
Sof drags us to the pool any chance she gets though! This girl loves to swim!
